2023 End of Year CEO Address
Seasons’ Greetings! I would like to begin this special 2023 End of Year Address by representing all Fairfax Software employees worldwide in wishing our global clients and partners a happy holiday season and a prosperous new year. 2024 is a special year for Fairfax Software in that it will mark our 30th year in business. 2024 will also be a pivotal year for us in that our teams have worked very hard in 2023 to bring to bear new Artificial Intelligence technologies that we will be fielding over the next year and beyond at many of our client sites.
This, notwithstanding our continuous and unwavering commitment to our existing clients, a commitment that has continued throughout 2023 with the same resolve and tenacity that have been the flagship of Fairfax Software for twenty-nine (29) years going. Like every year since 1994, we have spent the last few months of 2023 preparing our tax and revenue clients for their new year changes and helping them get ready to receive their citizens’ tax returns in the new year and process those ever more efficiently. We also fielded several systems in the judicial marketplace where our judicial clients are raving about our technology and its ability to help them transform their operations and work more efficiently. Our insurance and banking clients have also been able to reap the benefits of our new and improved security software to sustain their highly sensitive and mission-critical operations.
Most noteworthy is the stark development of Artificial Intelligence technologies and their incidence in many facets of our technological panoply. Under the leadership of our Chief Operating Officer, Donna Castello, our Core teams worldwide have successfully added Artificial Intelligence technologies to our product lines helping us consolidate our strategic digital transformation. Together with our valued partners and our amazing global team, we are transforming the business of data capture and payment acceptance.
In closing of our 2023 End of Year Address, I would like to stress how truly excited we are to share our new technological breakthroughs with our clients in the new year and are looking forward to a successful 30th anniversary together with our clients and partners worldwide.
