For hardware support, Fairfax Software dispatches trained and factory certified hardware engineers locally for resolution of issues.
Hardware support includes non-consumable parts and labor for malfunctions that the operator or System Administrator is not authorized to complete as well as availability of software releases from the manufacturer that are made available.
Consumable items are the responsibility of the end user and are sold separately from the maintenance plan. During the implementation, the customer receives a complete set of all hardware user manuals and list of any consumables necessary.
